Here are some ideas of things you can do in order to improve in class. Remember, talking to your teacher for other ideas may be very helpful.

How can I raise my grade?

• turn in all assignments 

• be thorough in my work/answers

• ask questions when I don’t understand

• review my classwork daily

• look over Google Calendar every night to make sure I didn’t miss anything

• go over my Interactive Notebook and class notes

• re-read the story and notes that accompany it

• study the introduction pages before the story for hints and tips

• answer the questions that follow the story to be sure I understand
